It's coming up to the close of Q1, which means 3n Strategy has just produced a new Quarterly service release for customers.

2404 Service Release Notes

The official announcement that SuccessFactors is deprecating all legacy reporting tools in November 2024 has meant a higher demand from our customers to enhance our entire Report Stories offering. As a result, we have added several new Report Stories guides and Dashboard bundles.
There will be a new series of training workshops and drop-in sessions dates throughout Q3 to support subscription customers.
We are starting several new Customer User Groups and Industry-specific Executive roundtables for senior HR and People Analytics leaders
Other improvements include significant updates to the PA COE curriculum and the release of Q3 training dates.
Our new Support Ticket system (tool and process, powered by Accelo) to raise issues or requests for assistance is now Live.
