It's now a few days into Q3, which means it's time for 3n Strategy's newest Quarterly service release for customers.
Below is a summary of updates made across 3n Strategy's services in the 2407 Release.
2407 Service Release Notes
- Our Playbook and Training Curricula have been updated to provide customers with the most current and comprehensive resources. This includes new training dates for both our functional and non-functional people analytics training curriculum, ensuring customers have access to the latest knowledge and skills needed to excel in their role.
- There will be a new series of drop-in session dates for Q3 to support subscription customers.
- Our WFA and Report Stories guides have been updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors information and best practices.
- We have made substantial improvements to our Support Ticket system to help customers manage their use of credits more efficiently.
