At the heart of this transformation is a next-generation solution called [SAP People Intelligence](https://blog.3nstrategy.com/what-is-sap-people-intelligence) — a vision that promises to change how SAP SuccessFactors customers generate and use people insights across their business. Although not yet formally launched (released is slated for Q3 2025), this shift has already begun. For HR and People Analytics leaders using SAP SuccessFactors, understanding what’s coming — and how to prepare for it — could be the difference between falling behind and getting ahead. ## The SAP People Intelligence product SAP People Intelligence is built on [**SAP’s Business Data Cloud (BDC)**](https://events.3nstrategy.com/sap-business-data-cloud) — SAP’s modern data foundation that brings together operational and experience data across the enterprise. With this architecture, SAP is moving towards a more connected, intelligent approach to workforce analytics. Instead of siloed HR reporting, **People Intelligence in Business Data Cloud** will allow HR/Analytics teams to combine business data from multiple systems (both SAP and non-SAP technologies), generate real-time insights, and support decision-making at every level of the business.
