It's the start of a new year, which means 3n Strategy has just produced a new Quarterly service release for customers.
Below is a summary of updates made across 3n Strategy's services in the 2401 Release.
2401 Service Release Notes
- The key updates are a number of significant new services and updates associated with the SuccessFactors deprecation news, and one major update within our Data-Driven HR Adoption service.
- The official announcement that SuccessFactors is deprecating all legacy reporting tools in November 2025 has meant a higher demand from our customers to enhance our entire Report Stories offering – from training to dashboards templates to the assembling of a new ‘Reimagine’ package. Whilst most of the services, curricula, toolkits and dashboards were already on our pipeline we have brought forward many of the plans, plus increased the number of public training workshops. We will also be testing the release of a ‘Report Stories Readiness’ Assessment tool, which will also allow us to create a benchmark study in Q2 2024. We are also adding several new Report Stories guides, and have updated all relevant guides to reflect the new Optimized Story Experience.
- The Adoption services have had a major improvement, in particular driven by a new feedback technology which not only measures how data-driven an HR professional is, but based on their scores, provides instant feedback to support them to adopt and apply data-driven habits.
- Other improves include significant updates to the Strategy sections within the Playbook, the release of Q2 training dates for non-functional people analytics training curriculum and more Workforce Analytics Guide pages for WFA subscription customers.
- The HR Analytics ThinkTank begins 2024 with a major update to its flagship research into how people analytics create value, in partnership with Leeds University, Utah State University, University College Dublin and 3n Strategy.
