3n Strategy Appoints Justine Richey

LONDON, UK - 27th Aug 2024 - 3n Strategy, the leading consultancy for SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, is pleased to announce the appointment of SAP SuccessFactors Solutions expert, Justine Richey, as the new Senior People Analytics Advisor.

Richey brings over 20 years of experience in HR analytics and SAP systems implementation, and will play a pivotal role in driving the company's mission to enhance data-driven HR practices. 

Justine Richey joins 3n Strategy from her previous role at SAP SuccessFactors where she has been the ‘go to’ global solutions expert in people analytics. Richey has advised a huge variety of SAP SuccessFactors customers on how to make full use of the technology they have purchased, enabling them to transform HR data into actionable insights for business growth.
