What are the top SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics features and functionality in the 1H 2022 release? We will look at the top three in this post.

When will the SuccessFactors People Analytics 1H 2022 Release be available?

The 1H 2022 release has been available in Preview since 15 April 2022 and will be available in Production on the weekend of 20 May 2022.

What are the top features in the SuccessFactors People Analytics 1H 2022 Release?

1. Tile reports available on the reimagined home page.

What is the update?

The SuccessFactors reimagined home page will be pushed to all instances later this year. Until now, tile reports (part of Tile-Based Dashboards, aka Dashboards 2.0, aka YouCalc Dashboards) were not able to be added to the reimagined home page.

Why are tile reports on the home page important?

The ability to add tiles to the home page is one of the more popular features in People Analytics. With this functionality, you can enable report tiles to be accessed with one click from the SuccessFactors home page.

Note: This feature only applies to Tile Reports, and does not apply to Report Stories.

2. Additional Metrics Packs added to WFA-on-HANA

What is the update?

Two additional metrics packs have been added to Workforce Analytics-on-HANA: Employee Relations and HR Service Delivery.

Why are these additional metrics packs important?

These metrics packs include measures and dimensions relating to grievance procedures and Labor relations (Employee Relations) and HR function operations (HR Service Delivery).
Importantly, it signals continued SAP investment in the Workforce Analytics platform.
